This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school is a Title 1 school and our students are amazing! They work hard everyday, show a passion for learning, and accomplish great things. We've noticed that some students do not have backpacks to carry their daily supplies and homework. We'd like to be able to give them this basic.
The backpacks will go to students who are in need of them.
There are different colors that they'll be able to choose from. They will be able to carry their school supplies easily. They'll fit in with their classmates and continue to show growth.
