This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are exceptional human beings, all of whom have Autism and most of whom are nonverbal. They are moving on to middle school next year, and my classroom team and I are trying to send them off prepared with materials.

Those materials need an age appropriate backpack to be carried in, one that our students will be proud to carry.

We have notebooks, pencils, and books ready - we just need the backpacks to put them in!
