This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders are children who are ready for the new school year. They are learning to keep their things organized and their desks clean and tidy. Our classroom does not have enough closet space for their backpacks and lunchboxes. At this time, the backpacks are on the back of the chairs. Many times the backpacks slide off and are on the floor. I do not want anyone to fall and get hurt on the backpacks so having a backpack storage rack would be the best option for the class.
