This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students are energetic, curious, and eager to learn! They thrive when they can see, touch, and interact with colorful materials that bring lessons to life. As their teacher, I strive to create engaging resources that support early literacy, math, and social-emotional development. Unfortunately, I currently don't have access to a reliable color printer/copier in our classroom.

With your support, I’m requesting a color printer/copier to help produce high-quality visuals, learning games, center materials, and family communication tools.

Color printing will allow me to create differentiated resources that are visually accessible and culturally responsive for my diverse group of learners, including English Language Learners and newcomers.

Having a printer right in the classroom will also save valuable prep time and allow me to respond quickly to students' needs—whether that’s a last-minute reading group activity or a personalized behavior chart. It will help me create a vibrant, print-rich environment where all students can see themselves reflected in the materials and feel supported in their learning journey.
