My Project
I teach at a Title I school where over 50% of students come from low-income families. These families work hard to provide for their children, but some still struggle to make ends meet. Our amazing school community steps in to offer as much support and help as possible.
I am looking to provide basic supplies, such as crayons, markers, and pencils, for students to use in the classroom, as well as new supplies to distribute at the beginning of the new school year.
I also hope to obtain privacy screens for testing.
My students come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religions, and socioeconomic statuses. Together, they create an incredible classroom community built on support, connection, and respect. I strive to provide everything they need at school to help them reach their goals.
