Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are part of a special education program called Preschool for All Learners (PAL). They present developmental delays but that does not delay their curiosity in learning. My students are lively little ones that are excited and anxious about new activities. They enjoy hands-on activities, books, music, technology, and dance. What makes this group so special is that they build each other up, and we all learn from each other.
We are ready and eager to get this new school year started!
But first we need some science materials.
This project focuses on renovating our classroom science center. It's time for my students to interact with magnets, see bugs through magnify glasses, and shake some science cards. Our students need to be exposed to more science activities and these items are great beginners and age appropriate for our students to begin with.
