Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have been given the privilege of teaching the most amazing student's. The are the youngest in the building, 3K. It is amazing to watch them grow every day. They are so excited about learning and socializing with each other. Every day is an opportunity to build social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
My Project
The use of the napping sheets and clear backpacks will insure that the children have clean sheets that we will wash for them. They will also be able to keep their napping items and change of clothes in the clear backpack in their cubby, so not touching other items. While teaching in person and remotely I will be able to share story time with the puppet. The students will be able to be expressive with the easel paper. Painting is always a big hit and using the easels more will also promote social distancing during center time.
