This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Starting a new school year is always full of list! I like to prepare my classroom as much as possible to give my students the opportunity to be independent. Receiving these materials would allow me to create labels for our daily folders, writing folders, homework notebooks, chair pockets and all the furniture that my class will be using. Although it may sound simple, having everything labeled will grow their independence. Students will be able to search for their materials by looking at the label and deciding if it is theirs or if they need to continue searching. It will also save us time as I will be able to have table leaders in charge of getting and storing their materials. Thank you so much for taking interest in my students, we are looking forward to a successful school year!
