My Project

Here in kindergarten, our classroom are bursting at the seems with necessary tools and supplies. From math manipulatives and scissors to balance scales and extra handwriting notebooks, there is a lot to store! We are lucky enough to have a collective storage closet where excess materials can live, but this space is shelf-less and under-utilized as we stack mismatching bins on top of each other and struggle to get the door open (and closed!). There is so much wasted space.

Our classrooms and storage spaces need every single inch of space to be accessible, utilized, and organized!

These shelves will allow the kindergarten team to use every inch of space in our storage closet, instead of stacking things on the floor. These sturdy shelves will also free up our classroom cabinets for the most important and relevant items while spring units and teacher tools are safely and neatly stowed elsewhere.

Help us spend our precious time on students and their learning, not on searching, stacking, and restacking tools and supplies.
