This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My Pre-K students are an amazing group of little people, who are always excited to jump from one learning experience to another.

I want them to always have the joy of learning may it be in-person or remote.

I want them to be eager to learn and explore their potential. I want to see my students' eyes light up when they "get it" I just want to provide them with every possible incentive to keep that spark going.

My Project

What a school year this will be! We are getting ready for another school adventure in this pandemic episode of our lives.

All teachers prepare for every upcoming school year, but during these times we want to make every moment for our students something special.

With these new school supplies, we will be able to brighten up the classroom by surrounding the children with positive messages through the use of the posters, the bins will be used to organize their materials and create a classroom library sorted with different genre bins that they can choose from when they go to the cozy corner and our library. We will be using the magazine folders to give each student their own "portfolio" where they can store their best work to share with their families on a weekly basis.

While they are in the physical school building we want to make sure they are surrounded by all the necessary resources they need to make a safe, smooth and exciting transition into Pre-Kindergarten.
