This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal is to help my students start the school year with the tools they need to learn, create, and feel confident. Items like pencils, glue sticks, scissors, and markers may seem simple, but they play a big role in supporting hands-on learning every day. These supplies will help students write, draw, cut, build, and explore ideas without having to worry about not having what they need. Having materials ready and available sets the tone for an organized, welcoming classroom where learning comes to life.
These supplies will help my students feel prepared and proud of their work.
They'll be able to focus on expressing themselves, working together, and building skills without distractions or stress. I want each student to feel included and capable, and having access to basic supplies is the first step in making that happen.
What makes my students special is their potential, their voices, and the journey they’re about to begin. Each one will bring something unique to our classroom community, and I can’t wait to help them shine. Thank you for supporting our learning and growth!
