Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love the energy and curiosity my kindergarten students bring to the classroom every day. Each one is unique and eager to explore the world around them. They are excited to learn, but they need the right tools to help them succeed. That's why I’m asking for your support to provide essential supplies that will set them up for a successful school year.
Golf pencils are perfect for small hands, giving my students the tools they need to practice writing and drawing without frustration.
Writing journals will encourage their creativity and allow them to express their thoughts through words and pictures, which helps develop both fine motor skills and early literacy. Doodle boards will give them a fun, interactive way to practice letters, numbers, and drawing, promoting learning through play and exploration.
Additionally, learning games will foster teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking in a way that is both fun and educational. Finally, organizing tubs will help keep our classroom neat and accessible, making it easier for students to find and take ownership of their materials, promoting independence and responsibility.
These resources will create a classroom environment where my students can thrive, explore, and develop a love for learning. Thank you for helping make this possible!
