This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I anxiously await a new class of eager to learn third graders. They always start the school year curious, enthusiastic and cooperative. My school is in an urban district with free breakfast and lunch for all students. Despite frequent challenges at home, school is where they thrive. Most students in my class every year are multi-language learners with the potential to grow socially and academically.
It is my goal to ensure that my students have what they need to succeed this school year across the curriculum. While in the classroom, having a wide variety of materials helps students to show what they know and be successful.
With your help, we will be ready to have a GREAT 2023-2024 school year! I can't wait to see their smiles!
