PreK students are all about playing, hands-on activities, and lots of exploration. Singing, playtime, art projects, and read-aloud stories are some favorite parts of their day. They are thoughtful, engaged, and always eager to come to school.
My students love coming to school for the sense of community, comfort, and security that they feel.
I strive to provide a welcoming environment where my students feel safe, encouraged, and loved as they learn through play.
I am hoping to start our new school year out right with take home folders that will last months for each child, and name plates and holders for each child. Name tags will help the children feel welcomed and included on the first day of school as they enter a new classroom. The calm strips will be applied to tables at seats throughout the classroom so students will always a calming tool available. Thank you for helping my students get a great start to their PreK year!
