Help me give my students some back to school basic items that will help make this school year memorable!

My Students

This school year will be filled with new challenges for myself and my students as we engage in online learning. I will have 21 third graders this year that have a wide range of academic abilities and needs. Due to the pandemic, our students will be doing distance learning online from home. This year as a teacher, I will need to find new and creative ways to reach and educate each of my students whether they are in class or learning from home.

My Project

In an effort to create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that is not only cheerful but positive, I would like to get a variety of back to school basic items and resources with this project. A Cricut will allow staff and students to make uplifting door signs, bulletin boards, shirts and more positive school climate, we are creating a cheerful environment around the building.

The Cricut allows students to be able to design and create their own positive apparel and bulletin boards that put emphasis on Social Emotional Learning, kindness, Hawaiian values, empathy, and respect.

The TpT gift cards will help me find and use new and excited resources created by teachers all over the world. This allows my students to be able to use creative and engaging resources to help them learn new concepts taught in class.

The cart, adapter, stand, and Apple TV will allow me to organize technology I use to teach on a daily basis. The multiple tiers on the cart will provide a organized, safe, and effective way to store our classroom printer, document camera, speakers, laptop, and organize all of the wiring that connects these devices. The tech materials will support me in developing differentiated instruction and activities for instruction. The Apple TV screens what I have on my devices and will allow me to teach all students wirelessly throughout the classroom without being stuck at my computer. Students learn more when they are more engaged in interactive and exciting lessons.
