My students need basic supplies like pencils, folders, glue and markers to start the year off right!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Brown's classroom raised $508

My Students
My kindergarten students come from a tight-knit, low-income community in the city of Chicago. They are excited to be starting a new year and to make incredible progress this year.
Each of my students is uniquely talented, counting on school to provide a place to let those talents shine.
Kindergarten establishes a strong foundation for students in school, both academically and socially. This group is focused on building a supportive classroom community and working together to help one another succeed.
My Project
These classroom materials will get my kindergarten class off to a great start! Having basic supplies like pencils, erasers, and folders allow every student to be prepared for class. Dry erase markers and number lines for each student means more hands-on math problem solving from the beginning of the year!
Supplies like glue, crayons, and markers may seem simple, but they add color and excitement to a kindergartener's school day!
The laminator will help us preserve resources like flashcards and game boards to use for the entire year. Having stocked supplies will allow every student to access these enriching materials during lessons, recess, and enrichment times.
