This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Making sure students are comfortable in their environment is an essential component in motivating them. The items that I am requesting will truly make a difference in my class by making sure that the students have a clean environment, available resources, and a sense of ownership in their learning.
Make the students a part of their learning community and not penalize them for what they do not have.
Having these resources will not only make them feel a part of their learning community but will give them high expectations for learning.
