My students need stools to sit on, an organizer to hold materials, bulletin board sets to make learning fun, and ink for printed work.

My Students

This year, I will be teaching 23 fourth graders, some of whom are meeting for the first time. Our school is taking part in a unique school pairing model, and on our campus we will only have 3-5 graders. Some of the students will be new to me as well, and others who are former students of mine. Regardless of if they are new to one another or not, I look forward to the classroom community that will be built and the learning that will take place.

My Project

This project contains a variety of materials. First and foremost, ink for a printer. Our district is phasing out classroom printers, so I am taking one of my own to be able to print things that we cannot wait for. Whether it be work that we want to display, or something to get us through the day.

Organizers will hold buckets for student to earn incentives for positive behavior, which will be paired with having a growth mindset and goal setting.

We will learn all about one another with Let's "TACO" 'Bout Me. We will have stools to sit on, and letters to head our bulletin boards displaying work.
