Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students and their families still haven't financially recovered from the pandemic. Many families have difficulty purchasing the school supplies requested.
My students are eager to learn and are excited to return to school and these supplies will help them get started off on the right foot.
The notebooks will be used for the core subjects: Reading, Writing and Math. We will be using the page protectors to store special resources to help them with their academics, such as a word wall, hundreds chart, alphabet and blends chart, etc.
