My Students

My students are curious 5th graders. As a math and science teacher at a Title I school, I look forward to providing opportunities they may not have elsewhere. However, we are in need of basics to allow our classroom to function smoothly.

My students come from various backgrounds and include special education, English as a second language and economically disadvantaged populations.

My students are more than willing to share supplies. However, I'd love to have enough for each student to have access to their own and the ability to print their projects without worrying about running out of ink. I want to give them as many chances as possible while in my classroom!

My Project

This project is meant to help give all students access to school supplies. So many are unable to bring in what is truly needed to function in our classroom daily. So, I would love to see more pencils, drawing supplies, glue and toner so we can print their projects within the classroom.

What may seem like such a basic wishlist to some, is much needed necessities for us.

Having more school supplies to give out to the kids in need and replenish as the year moves on would be invaluable. This project will provide for both math and science learning. Thank you for helping keep the day to day of my classroom going!
