This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach very diverse students who love learning. I will be purchasing e-readers that will open them up to a world of diverse texts and learning opportunities. There will be many choices for them when choosing a book to read.

Access to technology is a vital part of creating 21st century learners.

My students will have the access they need to the technology that is going to help them learn how to be a part of a global world. They will learn important skills needed in the future. Having access to e-readers will allow them to explore many different genres. We can also use the e-readers to access important apps that will help them become better readers and learners.
