To put it simply, my students are extraordinary.
They come from all over the city to attend one of the best high schools in the state. I teach digital media classes such as graphic design and digital photography to nearly 160 hardworking, truly inspirational students. Their creativity amazes me everyday.
My Project
The materials that I am requesting are various props to go in a photo booth. The students will be able to use the fake mustaches, oversized glasses, boas, and hats to create lasting memories with their friends. The photo booth would be used as a fundraising tool to generate money for new computers and cameras. This project will also give my photography students insight into studio photography. They would be learning everything from studio set-up (arranging the lights) to taking the photos to printing photos for clients!
