This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I get to teach in a Makerspace and need supplies to keep the students engaged and excited to explore the wonderful world of engineering and the Engineering design thinking process. These supplies will allow my students to think creatively and explore the world of STEM. Having supplies will give my students a chance to design, build and test a variety of projects. Doing hands-on activities will support creativity and outside the box thinking and developing a pride in their ability to uses their imagination and develop creative solutions to any given situation.
