This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom library is a popular area in my class. Students love to choose a good book and read them independently.
Each and every book that is in my reading station is treated with love and care.
Students read their chapter books and after that they take exams on a program called Accelerated Reading.
My students are thankful for the opportunity they have been granted to them to read during the class hours.
I chose Big Nate chapter books for my students to spark their interest, build critical thinking skills, strengthen imagination, and increase their comprehension and fluency.
