My Project
Project Aviation Is Elevation is an innovative program designed to introduce elementary students to the wonders of aviation and STEM education through hands-on, interactive activities. By making kites, paper airplanes, and exploring books about Amelia Earhart and other women who contributed to STEM and aviation, students will develop a deep understanding of the science and history behind flight.
This project aims to inspire young minds to pursue careers in aviation and STEM fields, promoting diversity and inclusion in these male-dominated industries.
By teaching STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) in an engaging and accessible way, we will foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills in our students.
Through Project Aviation Is Elevation, students will learn about:
- Aerodynamics and flight principles
- Aviation history and pioneers
- STEM careers and applications
- Problem-solving and design thinking
- Collaboration and teamwork
