My Project
This resource will help students go from become less reliant to becoming more autonomous when answering questions during speech-language assessments. .
What makes my students special is that aside from their disabilities, they are eager to learn.
As a speech-language pathologist (SLP), having access to two iPads and a speaker will allow me to administer standardized assessments digitally on one device while the student engages with visual stimuli, AAC apps, or response choices on the second. This dual-device setup supports more dynamic and interactive testing, accommodates diverse learner needs, and reduces distractions caused by switching screens. It also promotes increased student engagement, accuracy, and independence.
