Atlases and Comfy Cushions and Mailboxes for the 5th Graders!
Help me give my students some cool places to chill out and read, some atlases to learn about the early history of our country and mailboxes to help us stay organized!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The 5th graders at BES are eager to enhance their educational experience, and I believe that providing comfortable cushions will create a conducive and engaging atmosphere for learning. These cushions will not only foster a sense of community but also enable flexible seating arrangements that cater to diverse learning styles. They will add that extra incentive for our Literary Circles as students get to use them on a rotation basis.
Our entire 3-teacher 5th grade team is excited about providing our students an engaging and hands-on way to learn early US history with Nystrom US History Atlases.
These atlases are more than just maps, they are an amazing way to teach about the history of our country. They will help us have an engaging and hands-on way to teach about the early history of the United States up to the Revolution.
Finally, I am also seeking your support to acquire a set of mailboxes for our classroom. This will serve as a central hub for students to submit assignments, exchange letters, and help keep my 33-student classroom more organized.
