This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love our space unit, and I would love to integrate it into our independent station time! During independent stations time, I encourage students to work together and explore learning with guided activities. I have reading and writing stations, but I would love to integrate science into that time.

Experiments are hard for 1st graders to do, but they love to explore and act like a scientist.

These materials will support my students to have a fun time and work hard while acting like astronauts. Help my students grow their love of earth science!
