Help me give my students paper for artwork and center games. My students love to express themselves through their art. They are given the opportunity to learn, explore and be creative during our center time and theme time.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach kindergarten at a Title I school. Our district helps our low socioeconomic community by providing free breakfast and lunch to students. Most students at my school have not had the privilege to attend pre-K. They also may not have the learning experiences they need prior to kindergarten.
I have 19 blended eager to learn kindergarten students.
Several of my students are Non-English speakers when entering my classroom. Our school caters to over 500 diverse students. We are an all Kindergarten School with 27 classroom teachers. We strive to provide a safe and effective learning environment for all of our students.
My Project
My students love to express themselves through art and center work. They are given multiple opportunities to explore and be creative through art during center time and theme time.
Children love bright colorful paper and with new card stock and bright colored paper, my students will be able to enhance their learning in a fun, creative way.
