Help me give my students help in launching our music program for our Music Appreciation course. We need guitars and drums, especially a PA system, so that our students may continue performing music for school.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Even though most of our students come from broken homes, they excel at our campus. Every day they come together and better themselves. They enjoy volunteering and helping out the community.
Last year our kids launched a recycling campaign and with the help of the City of El Paso, they were able to donate roses to people who brought in three items to recycle.
Also, before the holidays, our kids were able to fill two 50 gallon barrels of non-perishable items to donate to our local food bank.
They also enjoy volunteering and helping the local Ronald McDonald house and the animal shelter. This year, our first day back in school, one of my students left a note on my desk and it read "I think you're great."
My Project
Students enjoy music, some would love to learn and perform it as well. The arts have always played a part in our educational system. Last year we incorporated a music appreciation course, a Christmas and Spring music show. Thanks to some teachers who were musicians, loan their instruments and equipment to our social economically challenged students. Because of them, we were able to have these shows at our campus.
These new instruments and equipment will elevate our music program as well as our music appreciation course, especially since some lessons require the student to play an instrument of some kind.
The Arts exist at our campus only through the effort and time dedicated by our students and teachers.
With these instruments/equipment, we will be able to have a consistent music program that will help our students in becoming part of an ensemble and learn to work as a team.
