My students need art supplies such as play-doh, tissue paper, and craft tape so that they can incorporate art projects into their reading and writing.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Brown's classroom raised $361
This project is fully funded
My Students
My third grade students love good books and love to express themselves through art. However, with budget cuts, many times we don't have the art supplies that we need in the class room.
My students are active and have a desire to express themselves through their art work.
They are wonderful artists and are proud of the projects that they create.
My students enjoy painting, coloring, and even simple pencil drawings. Art gives each child and individual opportunity to show what they are learning and how they feel about what they are learning.
My Project
Students will use these quality supplies: Art Tissue Paper, Washable Fingerpaint ,Bright Giant Washable Color Ink Pads, a Bubber® Modeling Material Assortment and a Craft Tape Pack - 1" Bright Colors every day in class to create pieces of art that express who they are. By having these basic supplies we so often take for granted, my students will reach their full potential artistically. They will be even more excited about reading, writing, science, social studies, and math because they will be able to incorporate their art into these subjects.
These art materials will last us for several years.
Many students will benefit from these supplies. Students will be able to create artwork that is a true reflection of what they are capable of making.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
