Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students work best when activities are creative and hands on. I will use the crayons, markers, construction paper, and pencils to create interactive and engaging lessons. In my classroom, we study science and math. My students love to create and use foldables and models to help them learn.
With these supplies, all students will have access to what they need (no need to share old supplies) and can show what they know with many different creative activities and not the same old paper/pencil worksheets.
I have realized that students work best by showing their thinking using arts.
