Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Creativity, Expression, Mental Health, and fun all go hand in hand. The goal of this project is for students to be able to work on these mini-canvases where they can express themselves freely. This activity is meant for everyone who wishes to participate enjoy; from the artistic students to the one that have never painted a canvass. This activity also provides a space to destress and for students to detach themselves from the issues they might be currently facing. I believe that activities like these help address student needs in a wholistic approach.
