Help me give my students what they need to sparkle! Kids need an outlet at school - Arts and Crafts Enrichment Club is what they love! Let their creativity flow to produce positive energy!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are creative little humans ready to explore and design! Students are constantly encouraged to be creative and come up with different ways to represent their ideas and with the correct tools, they'll be able to do just that and so much more!
My students are all low income students that are thirsting to show everyone their artistic abilities tied in with academics.
With enrichment clubs now included in our mornings, students are bursting with excitement to show us their talents.
My Project
Considering many students in my school come from low income homes, they seldom have the resources at home to be creative and explore what they're good at. Here, we are providing students with an outlet and experience to allow them to showcase their talents!
We wanted to give students more media to explore rather than basic crayons and papers to be creative.
Giving them this opportunity supports their mental health as well considering school won't be just about learning. They leave Arts and Crafts club feeling excited and have more positive energy. Most of all, they get to show off their art pieces!
