My students need art supplies, such as construction paper, foil paper, and paint to create more fantastic projects throughout the rest of the year.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Heine's classroom raised $520

My Students
My students love art and are very eager to learn about new art mediums and projects. Every day students are learning about painting, drawing, weaving, sculpture and other art mediums.
My school is an International Baccalaureate K-5 school located in North Carolina.
My students are intrigued by art, love to create art and are always asking questions about artists and art supplies. My school is large and comprises about 850 students, so in order to have successful lessons we go through a lot of supplies.
My Project
The supplies I am ordering are to help with upcoming art lessons, such as weaving, painting, and drawing. In 4th and 5th grade they will be creating their own woven picture and we need some new needles. In Kindergarten we are leaning how to mix paints and will be creating a Monet water painting with a frog. In 3rd grade we are learning about Zentangles (how to create patterns and designs) and creating a hand drawing using sharpies. These supplies are crucial to making the art lessons a success!
This donation will improve the students' projects and teach the students about all of the different mediums and tools available to them in life.
These projects will integrate what they are learning in the classroom and make them see that math, reading and writing are involved in everything we do.
