They are small, are curious, very active, bilingual, and technology disadvantaged.

They fives years old kindergartners in a bilingual classroom. The majority of my students are first and second generation Mexican-Americans. I am very grateful to see their excited faces every day as they enter school. Our school provides a safe space for our bilingual and bicultural students. Their linguistic and cultural identities are nurtured and included within in our curriculum

Glue sticks to cut and paste activities for reading literacy, sequencing, creating their own projects on the art center. Watercolor pads and pad drawing for making reading characters and settings activities come to live. Glue and spectra tissue paper to create art collages and colorful stain glass crafts. All students will use their art creativeness to express their imagination and comprehension, but mostly having fun creating amazing projects!!. Plus, while making their projects come to life, they are working on their fine motors skills.

My art budget has been drastically cut in the past year. Without the help of generous donors, we can not afford even the most basic supplies. Please help me to get my students the supplies we need for a successful art year!
