Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would like to add more books to our studio arts library, as well as some therapeutic coloring books. Students can use these books on their own terms, when they finish work early, whether it be how-to book, coloring book to relieve stress, or informational read about artistic techniques. Some of the books could be used with current lessons I teach, as well as books on new materials we have received over the past year. I can use the books as valuable resources for my students to use during the art lesson.
