My Students
Our district is very small with only two schools in it, and our school has approximately seven hundred eighty students total, but we are growing quickly.
We live just a few blocks away from the Pacific coast.
My students come from a variety of backgrounds and family structures. They are all full of life and have a huge love of learning! Our students work hard, have huge dreams, and deserve an education that not only consists of textbooks but also technology with hands-on learning, magazines, newspapers, and so much more.
My Project
We are a class who loves art, and in order to do that, we need supplies to help us. By having glue, sharpies, and color pencils, are students can go to their best potential by creating amazing projects with fidelity.
Art is not in the classrooms enough, so I try to find ways to incorporate it as much as possible.
Reading a novel, let's do an art project with it to show what we learned. Doing math, let's create a colored picture to show the fractions. Science and social studies are full of art. But, in order to make it happen, we have to have the supplies.
