My Project

I want to enroll in the Breathe For Change program to grow in my ability to teach and implement trauma-informed SEL practices to my students.

"Breathe For Change exists to enhance the health and well-being of educators, students, and entire communities.

In their 200-hour Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training, educators learn to use mindfulness, yoga, and social-emotional learning as a vehicle for healing and social change in their classrooms and communities. Their modules are aligned to CASEL standards in order to equip educators to integrate wellness and SEL practices directly into their teaching."
