Art Supplies for Painting Courses and College Applications
Help me give my students a restock on their supplies - Currently reusing old canvases for projects in Intro to Painting classes. AP Studio class is needing more paint just to finish portfolios for college applications.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Currently teaching multiple Painting 1 classes, a Painting 2 class and AP Studio Art which includes portfolio creations within the fields of Drawing, 2D and 3D. These truly are just some of the basics that my students need for the combination of all three of these different courses. Painting 1 and 2 need acrylic paint, as well as new canvases.
We are currently reusing old paintings from previous years by applying a layer gesso to have canvases just to complete projects.
Not being able to supply new materials or replace materials for my students really creates a creational block within the classroom. Painting 2 and AP Studio need acrylic paint, oil paint and specific materials for focused projects. AP Studio needs a restock on oil paint medium just to be able to create skin tones for self portraits.
Any and all help is much appreciated! For the AP Studio students there are several applying to Art Colleges this year and by giving them the supplies that they need you are helping to give them the best chance at creating an Art Portfolio that gets them an acceptance letter. Maybe even some scholarships!
