My Project

Integrating the arts throughout the curriculum deepens student understanding of content areas, increases motivation and allows all students to participate at their own level. My goals for this project is to provide students the opportunity to participate in content related art projects to showcase student strengths. We are an inclusion teaching team and service students with learning differences and challenges in the general education setting. Arts integration fosters inclusion and allows all students to succeed at their own level.

Please help us purchase art supplies to allow students the opportunity to integrate visual, performing arts into our language arts, math, social studies and science curriculum.

These supplies will be used for science posters, bookmaking, pattern designs poetry writing/publishing, puppetry and printmaking. These activities enhance student understanding and foster participation in a supportive inclusive environment.
