My Students

My students come from rural Arkansas. In our area, the arts are not always emphasized. We are from a small town, so we are a tight knit group.

Because we are from a more rural country setting, my students don't always get to explore unique and interesting artists and processes.

I would like for my students to be able to broaden their view of the world and its cultures by investigating several different artistic styles, techniques, and processes. Thank you.

My Project

My students will be receiving a new 3-D printer and new markers for next school year. I try to keep our work space clean and organized, to minimize the chaos of creating art. These organizers will help me have a space for all of our new supplies.

Because students crave structure in the classroom, I find it necessary for everything to have its place.

Getting these organizers will help our room stay neat and clean, and also help teach students to clean up after themselves. Students will know where everything belongs, and be required to make sure the supplies stay were they belong.
