Help me give my students the opportunity to create ceramic work and keep developing our clay skills! Please help us refresh our basic art supplies, glaze, and clean up supplies!
Here at JQUS we are settling into our new building and having a great time preparing for our annual art show! As we go into quarter 4, we are running low on supplies needed to keep learning and creating until June.
This year has been a big adjustment as we experience the joy of our moving into our wonderful new school building and the disappointment of a huge budget shortfall that left us without school supplies, art materials, books, and other learning necessities.
While our hallways and classrooms are bustling with typical student activity, our supply requests went unfulfilled this school year, and many educators were left to improvise or purchase our own supplies.
Our students deserve the best, and the art supplies I am requesting will keep us focused and engaged for the last stretch of the year.
This list will benefit both our middle and high school art students (grades 6-12) in Ms. Belanger's and Mx. Foster's classes. We are asking for basic materials like pencils, colored pencils, and markers, underglaze and glaze to finish up our first year of ceramics, and cleaning supplies to keep our spaces beautiful.
