My students need a large writing surface for me to display examples and so that I can show them how to draw certain objects. A whiteboard room divider with a class pack of markers would be perfect!

My Students
What is an art room without visuals? I currently do not have any writing surface or easel to use to display examples of artwork or to teach my students how to draw.
My students are curious and open-minded elementary school artists.
They vary in ages from 5-11 and live in a semi-urban area of Pittsburgh, PA. Many of the students come from disadvantaged families and recently, 2 families had house fires on Christmas and lost everything.
My Project
My students will soon have the opportunity to have visual examples of projects in their art room if I can get a white board. I currently have no wall space for a bulletin board or white board so a free standing wall divider is the only thing that would work. I will soon be able to write out step-by-step instructions for them on the board and save paper when I do not need to photo copy instructions any longer.
My request for a room divider with a whiteboard writing surface in my classroom is a simple request, yet it would make a world of difference in my art room!
Art should be a visual experience and having a white board would help make that possible! Thank you for taking the time to read about my classroom.
