My Project
In an Art classroom, supplies are difficult to keep because they're all perishable. With this being said, we can always use some art room basics, especially paper which has been used so much this year. My title 1 students have no supplies whatsoever at home, and for them to do their artwork, I usually provide them with materials or give them a lot of my classroom supplies so that they can continue their work. Many of my students say that art is therapeutic for them, and I want to give them every opportunity to succeed.
