This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Crafts are important in a classroom! As to this, I would love to cherish every single student and their family to have meaningful moments that they will remember forever, even with a simple craft. Craft projects are important because they will allow my students to build creativity and expression. Creativity is extremely important in the development by enhancing their fine motor, mindfulness to focus on the present, and celebrating tradition/culture to value a sense of joy and accomplishments.

These craft materials will allow me to enhance a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment for students to make special projects to cherish memories for themselves and their families to receive.
