My Project
This will be my second year with my students. I was a second-grade teacher and am moving with them to third grade with a focus on social studies and science. My goal is to incorporate art and allow the students to explore their creativity while studying Louisiana, American history, and scientific research. The history posters, plants, and other supplies listed will provide them with hands-on tools to develop deeper, interpretive thinking about their world and apply touch and sight in science to real-world situations. Additionally, students will make relevant connections between social studies and science.
