Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a diverse group of artistic students at a Title I visual and performing arts school in downtown Los Angeles. Students come from all over the city to our public high school to receive a top-notch education in both academics and their chosen art form (music, dance, visual arts, or theater) and go on to study at some of the top academic colleges and art schools across the country.
Having a robust supply of art supplies allows my students to flourish in my Chemistry Classroom.
I am super excited to get classroom basics for my classroom. These classroom materials including painter's tape, scotch tape, and cardstock will be so valuable to provide access for all of my students to be able to excel in my classroom.
Differentiation is a valuable tool in customizing my instruction to meet all of my students' needs, and these materials will allow me to do just that!
With these materials, students can demonstrate their knowledge quickly with an index card exit ticket, showcase their learning through artistic expression, and create 3-D models of the content they learn about. I really appreciate your support of my students!
