My Project

Since COVID hit, it is so apparent that children need an outlet to express their creativity! When given opportunities to create a variety of art children are able to slow down and process their own social emotional needs! Activities like painting. drawing, weaving and tie dying have made a huge impact on the children I teach!

Our school celebrates Tie Dye Tuesday, which means every Tuesday we show our collective school spirit by wearing tie dye!

It's a fun; cheerful way for us to connect as a school and spread happiness! Parents even join in on the fun!

Having these art materials will allow me to extend the curriculum in fun and engaging ways through art!
