Art: Gaining a New Perspective

Help me give my students drafting triangles for an art project inspired by Van Gogh's Bedroom at Arles.

My Students

Dedicated and curious is how I would describe my students. My students are very diverse in both backgrounds and interests. What they do have in common is a curiosity about the world they live in. My students and I are dedicated to getting the most out of each and every day. We know that "every day is training day," so we work hard every day.

My students are dedicated learners that need support in realizing their goals and dreams for their futures.

My Project

Art is an important part of our lives. Art can inspire students and give them a creative outlet. With the use of these drawing triangles, my students will be able to draw a room inspired by Van Gogh's Bedroom in Arles.

This project intertwines art and math.

The use of parallel lines, intersecting lines, and angles helps solidify these math concepts while giving my students a chance to be creative.

The students can also personalize this room to reflect their own interests, therefore it makes it a fun project for them.
